The Mixed Union of the Great Dune of Pilat<\/strong> research :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 operators for commercial premises located within the rehabilitated host village. Contracts lasting between 7 and 10 years, from 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A protected natural monument, the Grand Site de la Dune du Pilat is the subject of a preservation, management and enhancement program. In order to offer a welcome worthy of this exceptional heritage, the requalification of the village of cabins including services and shops began in the fall of 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the 2023 season, this rehabilitated village will offer an offer of eight commercial premises. Three are still available: 1 standing catering-tasting business and 2 restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The premises will be made available in March 2023 as part of service concessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
