This autumn, our guides have put together a selection of free nature activities and events to help you explore, understand, and preserve this exceptional ecosystem.

Nature hikes & wide open spaces

Guided walks of the Dune

(Duration: ~1h30 including climbing the Dune)

Explore the Dune on a guided climb. From the origins of the sand and the local flora and fauna to traces of human occupation and the challenges of preserving this important site, our guides will reveal all the secrets of the landscape.

Guided walking tour "4000 Years of History": Thursday, October 22nd, from 10am to 12pm
Sunset stroll (All Saints' Day holidays): Thursday, October 29th, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Welcomes posted with a telescope

(Free access to the dune crest – No reservation required)

Stationed at the top of the Dune, our guides will welcome you with observation equipment (telescope, binoculars) to help you observe the Banc d'Arguin sandbar, migrating seabirds, and the dynamics of the coastline. A fun and educational stop during your climb!

Weekends and during the autumn school holidays (depending on weather conditions).

Special event: "Bird Migration"«

(Duration: ~2 hours including climbing the Dune)

Organized in partnership with the Banc d'Arguin National Nature Reserve, This walk dedicated to birdlife will allow you to understand migratory routes and the conservation challenges of our local and migratory species.
